I recently received an offer from another company that is contigent upon review of any employee agreements that are currently in place. From what I can remember I signed an intellectual property agreement, but cannot find records if it anywhere. I also don't want to seek help from HR as that will tip off my offer before it is secured. Any advice on where to find this or how to get a copy of it?

Check your personal email from aroun the time you were onboarding
I'm not sure where mine are either (which I needed for a recent application), but a quick search of the EM benefits / policies intranet will get you a copy of the "reminder" letter you will get upon leaving the company which calls out IP specifically.
it's pretty simple, anything you did (i.e. patented, built, researched, coded, etc) at xom or using xom hardware / time, belongs to xom. Your next company will (hopefully) be hiring your for brain and skills, not for what you can steal from xom
Likely don’t have one. Employment at-will on both sides except for the unions.
You could try one of the patent lawyers. Check with the law department.
