Why are people working themselves to the bone when everyone knows hard work isn’t appreciated here? When will you learn that the company doesn’t care about you? Will it take getting RIFd for you to see the light? By then it’ll be too late! Wake up and don’t give them any more of your blood, sweat and tears for Christ's sake.

Stop simping for a company that isn't even yours. It 's not your investment, we're just employees that can be replaced or fired at a drop of a dime.. Do the bare minimum and bail. Not sure. Even if I wanted too. Giving a 5 is questioned thoroughly. Then the extra bump is not even 1000 dollars before taxes. It's not worth it guys. Do enough to keep your job and then jump around.
Because many are brainwashed. They really "believe" in the system and want to impress the masters, the bosses, etc..when in fact, they are simply easily replaceable fools dancing to mission statements, aims, and other company propaganda.
