I joined 3 years ago knowing no company, no job and no boss is perfect. You will have 2 types of managers. One will help you along the way and guide you into building your career. The other unfortunately will throw you into the deep end and hope you can swim. I was fortunate to have the former and not the latter. I’ve been gone for a few months now and as I look back I realize it would have been a much harder step to climb.
