Thread regarding Chevron Corp. layoffs

In light of requiring that non-vaccinated individuals wear masks, Chevron needs to be more diverse and inclusive in their stock people imagery.

Aligned with their goals of maintaining a diverse and inclusive workplace Chevron must include a portion of people wearing masks in their approved stock imagery to represent the diversity of views, health conditions, and personal choices across it's greatest asset.

It is not enough to state that we must treat each other equally and not discriminate against one another based upon visual prejudice, Chevron must go the extra mile by setting the example in all Chevron-branded media, imagery, and materials.

What do all of you not get about 94% effective at preventing serious disease. The vaccines are not 100%, no one ever says they were. And for immunocompromised people, even less than 94%. Any of you id--ts ever take science or math???

@2tug, In theory, a true and proven vaccine would make the person who received the jab immune to the virus which the vaccine is for. But the fallacy is in thinking the Covid-19 jab is a true vaccine or antidote to Covid. It is not that at all. While the so-called scientists and a host of not-so-truthful Doctors will parrot what the CDC, Fauci and the leftist government types would propagandize day and night, the Moderna, Pfizer and Johnson&Johnson “vaccines” are mere mRNA dr-gs that supposedly lessen the worse effects of the Covid virus and hopefully keep you out of a hospital. But, that is what “they” say. What’s in the vial you get injected into your arm is considered experimental, nothing more. Without clinical trials to prove the safety of the dr-g, one must consider the irreversible long term harm you may be doing. Once you take the jab, you can’t take it back. Nobody can guarantee anyone these Covid shots are going to cause eventual allergies, physically harm to our organs, cause birth defects, mental abnormalities or even fertility problems. It’s too soon to take a casual approach to just getting the jab because or employer or government says you should.

I have not seen any reports where children have died from covid. Again, if a person has had the jab, in theory, that person should be immune to the flu. How could they transmit it to someone else? Are you saying the jab is ineffective?

Because doofus, they may have young children or live with family members that have weaker immune systems. Even if they have milder symptoms there’s always a chance they could pass it to someone else. It seems you have a hard time thinking 2 or 3 steps ahead, might be good to exercise that brain a little more.

I am confused. If someone gets the jab, what do they care if the non-jabbed wears a mask or not? Supposedly the jab should protect you, if you are worried about catching something.

Chevron is very superficial, only subscribing to D&I as it pertains to gender and race. D&I of opinion and ideas is old Chevron Way stuff, we don't do that anymore. With the Green Doom looming, Chevron D&I is more like the band continuing to play on the sinking Titanic.
