I just heard that If you don’t get the vaccine, the only penalty you’ll face is you have to stay remote. Is that true? So what is stopping people from lying about getting it? And what if a vaxxed person doesn’t want to go to the office, are they forced just because they have the vaccine?

Not an anti-vaxxer but being forced to take the vaccination or get fired is down right wrong. That's like forcing employees to take the flu shot when they never have or don't want to. Glad I don't work in that dump any longer.

Not true - you can work from home until you get your full series of shots but then you must return. Shots need to be received by October or you can face termination.

They want you to be vaccinated to return to the office because everyone will be back to crawling on top of each other in the awful open office settings. They need to CYA when this happens and say everyone is vaccinated so they don't get in legal trouble. They just care about themselves, not us minions.
