Thread regarding JPMorgan Chase & Co. layoffs

Will productivity decline?

I can't work in the office anymore. I will constantly think about whether someone will come infected with the virus. It creates a lot of pressure and anxiety for me and I find it hard to concentrate on work. For this reason, I will be much less productive than working from home. I do not feel safe, that is, I feel much better while working from home.

If you are really, really crafty I bet you can find a way to keep binge watching Netflix at your desk. Sorry to say though, the PJ's will sadly have to be retired.

After you go back to the office you will realize it’s no big deal. A long commute is a personal choice.

Delta Covid or not because of Delta Covid, i cannot take working in the office anymore,
due to the stressful and toxic Chase work environment and complicated work procedures
that are imposed upon us. At Going home time, weekends, holidays vacations or any time i don't have to work at Chase, all of my Chase stress and Chase anxities all disappear.

It’s only a matter of time before delta cases force another full WFH, so don’t worry

Sounds like another short term disability case due to "mental stress".
