Any high risk employees here due to being immunocomprimised? My dr is telling me to behave as though I’m not vaccinated even though I am and to avoid big groups indoors. How the heck am I supposed to go back to the office? Anyone else talking to HR about this?

Warning!!!! Do not RTO if don't want covid. I work in a financial center in the midwest and I have seen many colleagues test positive for covid. This virus is contagious and now the delta will spread even more. Our center was close repeatedly after every positive test. This company doesn't give a damn about you or your health. I am warning you this will ki-l you and your family ...
I am also immunocompromised and in 2018 (I believe) there was a worse than normal Flu season. My Dr wrote a letter that was needed for me to obtain a temporary medical accommodation. But the process was pretty easy. I'll be pursuing the same at some point for this...but figure I'll wait till I get the invitation to return.
The form is a bit buried though...
If you go to HR connect - Benefits...under Work & Life you'll see Flexible Work Arrangments. Click that and select My Work & launch the Enrollment and participation guidelines link. It'll take you to the form
Yes, contact Life Event Services (LES).
A medical accommodation through the bank?
One of my old employees was immunocompromised due to organ transplant, so has a medical accommodation to WFH.
