There has been a long-standing typo in “People are our greatest assets”. The “t” in assets does not belong.

In classic exxon fashion, just give her 3 short points,....each of which point to a notebook.....each notebook has 200 pages of checklists with links that involve calling India Technical Support center......INTERRUPTED BY RSI GUARD....then a random cyber check email, quickly followed by submitting her safety slogan for the week.........then watch how fast her a$$ books it outta here!!!!

  • Check Upstream Reserves across the board
  • Double Check permian reserves

Essential:
Swallow, don’t sp-t
Wipe your chin after meeting with your boss
Don’t let the door hut you in the way out

Bonus:
People are our greatest asset, until they’re not
Walking is working !
Hold the effing handrail !

  • Gotta have concern for both shareholders and stakeholders

• Use the livelihood of those you claim(ed) to value to balance the books and to protect the inflated salaries & bonuses of the so-called “Leadership Team”, and the sacred dividend
• Continue to absolutely fu----g destroy trust, cooperation, and any semblance of a healthy culture through mass layoffs masked as “performance improvement plans”, and pretend to be the salvific turnaround person who saved the sinking ship
• Make every decision without any regard for permanence, only keeping in mind the short term, selfish ambitions of those at the top who have benefitted and gorged themselves on an incentive structure that only rewards short term success

Same advice I'd give to any new hire:

  • Sell your XOM shares
  • Find a different job
  • Quit
