Do you work a lot of extra hours for nothing? If it was only from time to time, I probably would not even complain. However, lately I’ve been working literally non-stop. The work-life balance is not disturbed, but it does not exist. Well, I don't want that anymore, I managed to find a new opportunity. The pay is lower, but when I think about it, I will be paid more, because I won't have to work so many extra hours for nothing.

Be happy for a few months, when you realize the low pay pinches you, and you start looking for a job again
I think there are people around - even today & the company can find person who can work extra hours to replace you. So, both you and that person is happy now!
