Vaccinated can spread the virus, unvaccinated aren't a threat to us, they're only raising their own risk level.
Also the risk level of kids too young to get vaccinated, immunocompomised people... How many kids are gonna die or have lifelong complications from delta because crown cant handle remote work?

That coupled with the fact that only 60% of CC employees are vaccinated (per our internal online survey) can't make people feel to comfortable about going back.
The CDC says we all have to wear masks again. Where tf is project thrive? I thought crown was following CDC guidelines?

This has nothing to do with layoffs, just get another job if you don't want to go to work, thus isn't a huge deal work with your manager and if they suck then leave or find another position.
