As a passionate person, this quote really resonates with me and I am sharing as I believe this could be used as a key signpost. The passion first becomes more negative than positive which is really draining for both the individual and the team and then it becomes silent ...

When your most passionate employees become quiet, it’s a signal that something is wrong. The leader must be aware and act on this immediately. When you have a passionate team inspired to help the company achieve its vision while fulfilling its purpose, you must do everything in your power to ensure that this team keeps this vibe. Otherwise, you run the risk of pushing away great talent while settling for mediocrity.

Save your Passion, Opie.
There's nobody gives a nit.
Rehearse for the play and stay quiet till it is scheduled.

Stop wasting space with this 'lookah muh tuhrd, ma, there floatin in the pond' attitude.
You wouldn't know a good quote if it came into any of those holes in your head.

It's not good for one's long term career in XOM to criticize Dallas level executives that are "liking" these LINKEDIN posts.

Another ridiculous cut and paste article.
Do you seriously believe you are the only one who reads?
Most of all, show you can think, and not just pass on someone else’s thoughts…

When passionate employees try to speak to management and they go quiet…..it’s time to leave.

It’s hard to remain motivated. I feel like I’m a pretty dedicated employee, but I have to admit, It’s really hard right now.
