KLTC will stay open for long time. The local area around KLCC is excellent place to visit. Every good manager knows that.
Is it true that current fresh grad salary is lower than what it was 2-3 years ago?

It will simply accelerate the office closure and the eventual transition to Bangalore. It does not make sense to have an office in KL. Shell left for Bangalore. Having two low cost offices does not make sense.
All useless over there anyway.
Pay cheque taken (albeit a fraction of a field employee’s), but zero value added.
Opportunities, Benefit and Salary is a disappointment.
Experienced PMA are leaving the company here and there. Competency is dropping with experienced engineers gone.
Management and HR inaction although were well informed of the reason.

Manager's answer every quarter: I know morale is low. All attrition is regretted. Please hold on and be patient, things will get better.

I know so so so many people in ETD, PMA applying jobs since few months ago. Just matter of time on landing some place better..

Management and HR says that everything is fine. Such levels of attrition is normal. It is not a concern yet.

It's interesting that many focus on the major layoffs in HQ and mature affiliates but the truths that all GBCs are suffering from attrition while they are supposed to be the recipient of those jobs.
