Does it seem to anyone else that the situation and atmosphere in this company just does not stop deteriorating? I hope it’s just my subjective feeling. Every day I encounter some new problem. Problems, of course, are just piling up and no one is even trying to solve them

100% spot on.
Working here is depressing AND embarrassing.
I get up early so I can spend extra time at home before heading in to work. I use the time to try to mentally prepare myself for the pathetic sh-t show I have to tolerate everyday.
This company has gone down hill. The managers are the hugest part of the problems. Their lack of skills, and lack of any managing of employees no longer works with the quality of people we keep hiring.
Great job, terrible company and culture, and many managers without any skillset.
Lots of talk, little action. When they do take action it's in the wrong direction..
Agree 100 %. And most problems are of our own doing. Dirk made comment once that we will be best DSD company. Well right now we are legitimately the worst. Decreased service, warehouse outs, damages. Could go on and on. When management doesn't care how are we supposed to. Less than a year and I'm out.
