Looks like the post pandemic resignations are starting to pickup. I found about 3 more CVX employees today that just put in their notice. Hopefully they will pay the rest of us more to stick around.

Are they “regrettable losses” though?
This is just like 2016. The 'cream of the crop' back then waited until after the layoffs/reorganization, took a look around, and decided that the 'new and improved' Chevron was just like the old Chevron, just now the same work spread among fewer people, and fewer promotion opportunities. The 'cream' jumped ship, and we're left now with the otherwise-mediocres as managers.
It is wild that more and more people are severing from the company. I have actually witnessed the same. I have also witnessed many folks coming from merged businesses resigning and going elsewhere. I hope we can turn this ship around.
Only 3?
@vnh, Yeah, I agree, if you don't have anything layoff related to post, you may want to steer clear, after all, you may end up permanently bitter and disgruntled and easily triggered and hurling profanities like some who post here full time that have no friends, no life and no other media outlet, see below, lol!
What BUs? I know one of them was an HRDP.
@vnh: I you the same guy posting on every thread? Give it a rest. In fact how companies progress toward recovery is directly relevant to those looking for work. If of no interest to you, then move on or post your own thread discussing a topic of more direct interest to you. Either way, don't continue to be a complete a$$ho-e and move forward with your life.
So you post this on the layoff's forum?
@hbs: I call bs. All levels of management are so bogged down in the never ending slow motion transition they have no time to surface for air. That said, I suspect in about a year they will exclaim “we got all the Epics written!” ... only to realize their is no one left with the skills and experience to execute their “great” plan.
I heard they were going to give all the petrotechs another PSG adjustment to reflect the resignations and market competition for staff. Should be announced soon.
Fyi. They dont care.
Welcome back to planet earth....now wake up and get back to work...
Dream on.
