Who is responsible for loading out and signing for full pallet pick ups at your club?

Any key holder since the doors are "supposed" to be locked at all times.
Whoever is available. Back room associates are not always available to load up members out the back door, so whatever lift driver is available is the one that loads.
I don't think I have ever seen anyone sign for pallet pickups at our store. I know I have multiple times been told to go to receiving and unlock the pallet truck for take away. I have never once signed anything. I've never even seen a pallet driver come in the store.
