Thread regarding Hertz layoffs

Hertz has survived and its toxic lame obnoxious culture and leaders as well.
Unlike other companies where employees can progress, at Hertz you will regress.
Nothing evolves.
No plan reaches its goal.
Everyday is a new strategy.
No word has value.
Lies, regression, insane pressure, fake colleagues...as for the clients, Hertz will not do anything for them, just try to get as much money from them as possible without respect.
And when the service is cr-p (almost always) Hertz will lie with as many excuses they can come up with.
All about this company is worse than horse sh-t.
Run away!
And when you rent go to Enterprise, Avis, Sixt.

Yes, Hertz may survive, but at what cost? Is it an enjoyable and rewarding place to work at day after day? Is the chain of command sincerely supportive and sympathetic of employee concerns? Is it a place where job security is primarily predicated on revenue generation vice employee loyalty? Is Hertz a company you can truly say you are proud to work for? If any of these factors aren't important then Hertz is the place for you.

The billions in debt cannot be overcome. Leisure travel is not going to generate the revenues needed.
