The Kearl of the South, COLA ain't happening. Only money available is if your a girl scout in a STEM program in Midland and then the female America's Infrastructure VP will give you an award. OPEC+ not going to let US shale drillers going crazy producing again and Biden and Germany let Putin connect his LNG pipe to Europe. We are out of luck and hot and dry in the desert with no CAPEX, lean OPEX, a spare Wink terminal and a well below capacity Wink to Webster pipeline with no Beaumont capacity expansion. It is all a bust, the Value Added Chain and the Lean Into Strategy was ill conceived led by a bunch of id--t VPs, but hey my daughter is a girl scout so it is not all bad.
