NOV Management

I have never known a manager at NOV that was able to keep a lid on their bucket of worms.

Oh, there’s plenty of bodies available to fill the role. Remember, 99.9% of all cuts made the last few years have been in manufacturing, operations, IT and HSE. Sales is the safest positions within this company. Even though there is no “business sense” in these decisions, this is just the humble reality. All of the leaches that suck off of the te-t of this company get to stay behind and ride out the storm.

With Slick Rick stepping out soon, who will Les the Mess have helping him run this sales group into the ground? Asking for a friend.

How do you get to keep your job and get promotions when you sell everything at a loss? Asking for a friend.

There is only one Manager in the true sense of the word that truely knows how to manage at NOV the rest are just pretenders.

If you have a title of manager, director or vp, you are safe regardless of the bucket of worms.
