Do you know how you can tell that WFT has cr---y managers? Because the only way they know how to manage is through fear. 'Let's keep everybody in line by constantly threatening them with losing their jobs (through firings or layoffs, it doesn't matter)' is the only thing they know how to do. And with management like that no wonder we are doing as badly as we are.

After a certain point it doesnt matter anymore. Why are you still taking massive liability for no reason. Its not going to get better...the old days of 50% margins are gone
