Its too late for 'Downsizing’s, layoffs, cuts, property sell-offs ...you name it' to impact the second quarter numbers but it will give them a great talking point for the earnings call. "We had a difficult second quarter, but we are looking closely at restructuring amid our return to the office so third quarter should show those results." I'll give favorable odds that something similar gets said during earnings.

Q2 earnings call is first week of August...a mere 6-7 weeks from now. Downsizing’s, layoffs, cuts, property sell-offs ...you name it will occur to try and show “some semblance of management” to meeting the Streets expectations. The employment hurricane is approaching and all you loyalists are still living in tents....you incapable illiterates.

layoffs will happen soon. HR is hard at work creating fake studies and graphs to push their diversity and inclusion agenda and will get rid of all white guys in short order .

Once they've gotten people back to the offices, they will "consolidate" buildings ie shut down a building and force people to move to Omaha or quit.

In Bank Solutions they laid off during summer , then brought on new customers I bet
the new customers didn't know that , they do need to know why they have hold times , delays its because of the fool in charge, now people have either quit , or transferred to get out from under the mess making that even worse customers really need to see everything isn't as rosy as they are told

With the current rate of attrition Fiserv can't afford to lose any more staff. Even the lowest performing employee's left are performing at some level. This company is now being run by the meets some expectations crowd.

Expect the opposite. More hiring in key areas to turn around trailing areas and to grow the stock. Investment is coming !!!!
