The answers to these Q&As is absolutely ridiculous and a complete joke. None of these leaders are actually answering the questions and/or owning up to the failures and concerns and what employees want. What an awful way to try to retain employees thinking about leaving. Not to mention the entire room is filled with white males.

I have given up on attending these forums for a long time. Truth is, these forums are not for employees but for the management themselves. It makes the management feel good about themselves like "I am such a supreme leader who managed to connect with my employees and addressed their concerns". It is also a tool they use to report up to DW, "Hey dude I spend so much effort to keep morale high, maybe I should get more RSUs?". So quit thinking that these forums are here to address any of your concerns, because you are not the outcome.
