They betrayed all my expectations. The only thing I hope now is that I am a target for layoff and that the severance pay will be fair.
But... as it usually happens is that the company keeps those who are sick of this company and would like to go out, and they give layoffs to people who are dedicated to their work and who are working hard all the time to keep it. This is a textbook example of how not to manage layoffs.
