Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

This is how you survive this place

Make sure you do your job and do it well. Take pride in what you have accomplished, but make sure never to do any extra work or never to add any undue stress. It is not worth it. Keep your head down and just focus on yourself. The first chance you get, leave.

@pub.
I understand your point but, no, not everyone did their jobs well. Most would be yes but I am still fixing things from folks that are gone but who said this or that was completed. Nope, some actions were never touched.

But in the main, I do believe do a decent job even if unhappy.

I succeed at Honeywell everyday as a recruiter for Raytheon. My job is just a few LinkedIn message a week.

The beer should be opened every day at the end of the work day. 🤣

It really varies depending on the department, office politics can be immensely strong in certain areas, almost like a snake pit.

It would be interesting to have everyone pitch a company survival pack
1) Beer labeled “open on Friday”
2) Non-company N95 mask
3) “Hang in there” poster
4) Red stapler

How to succeed at Honeywell: throw it over the fence and then throw them under the bus. Repeat.
