Heard on the grapevine they are giving an off cycle increment in China. Not sure what is the increment like and any other affiliates getting this as well?

Its true that EM China is giving its employee off-cycle increment/promotions. Not sure about other affiliates
Are you saying that the leadership team is giving incremental raises off cycle to their employees? Or that the LT is “given” off cycle raises? Or something different all together?
Yes, it's happening also in the Prague GBC. Few selected adjustments, not across the board for all.
