The pips are coming down the pipe, you can bank on that, as usual they will likely require you to teach train and transfer knowledge to others before they release or fire you, what's the best way to get thru this mess? pretend you are tom cruise or angelina jolie and talk/teach/transfer about things that are general knowledge or useless and of no value but meet pip expectations, that's the least resistant path, i did this on my pip and my underlings and my manager were impressed, silly fools, i had an insider that told me i was doomed from the start of my pip, thank you man, the day i walked out of headquarters after resigning was just an amazing feeling after working 60-75 hr weeks with no appreciation, goodluck
It's just for your own good. The nice HR lady says everyone passes. Buckle down and learn.

Results in Asia are finalized though not PMG endorsed. Should communicate ASAP if employee is facing PIP, so they can look for alternatives.
