I was laid off at the end of last year and looking at the group I was in was surprising. I can be subjective about my own worth but I knew these people and their worth and cutting them made no sense. I've heard about more people being cut since then and the theme is always the same, good workers are gone, bad workers stay. One of the reasons I still come here is to see how that strategy is working out for Nike. Doesn't seem to be that successful so far.
