150 needed to leave in Brussels HQ, 194 wanted to leave, 160 will leave, other applicants were refused leave by management. What are the numbers on other sites and countries?
There is a target every year going forward. We aren’t going to reach it and be done.
Question is, does anyone know the exact number? Seems like mid 60k is the aim.
We must be very close to the target that Houston want and I expect joy and glee from Dallas when we fly straight passed the target when we have attrition. Remember People are our most important asset.
