The sooner you admit it to yourself and all those around you, the better it will be for everyone. VA made a huge mistake promoting you and you know it. Being at the company many years does NOT mean one is ready for that responsibility or has the "know how." Just STOP!

Not that there's any need to go lower - the top three levels are enough fodder for this forum.
I'm not exactly sure but you can't be naming names on this board as it breaks the site rules. CEOs and VPs are okay but anyone lower on the totem pole is a no-no.
