Lots of people in the middle/ neutral, afraid to say ‘strongly disagree’ on each question I think.
Also, with an deceitful HR group which posts positive reviews on Glassdoor.com on behalf of the company, how much can we trust these survey results anyways.
I call for an independent audit, as I think there are some crooked things going on behind the scenes to try to sway people’s minds here.

People aren’t “cowards” for speaking the truth and trying to gain some level of peace or closure for speaking their truth. They have courage and fortitude for staying with a @&/@ company that doesn’t care about their own workers. Shame on you!!! Enjoy this dictatorship company that likes to treat people like dogs and pay them less than they’re worth. If you had any shred of dignity left you would help those struggling rather than try and take them down and put them down. But if you are happy at CVE you’re already too far gone. I think a lot of people are cowards. Sit on this site whining and complaining but when it actually comes time to speak up and make a difference hide and don’t tell the truth on surveys. So you get what you deserve.
Or maybe most of the people are happy. Who knows.
Clearly, they should make a company policy to thwart happiness. Maybe you can volunteer to help?
