Hey everyone, I just went from Frontline to personal shopper and got a raise from 15 to 16.50 when I accepted the position in workday.
I haven't seen any news about it. My managers didn't know why either. Our club has ship from club too so maybe that's why.
Well idk I haven't checked but we just hired several new people that gonna make me mad if they got 16 and I got 15 and I been there 7 yrs.
Frontline is a level 4 and Personal shopper is level 5. So it’s technically a promotion.
It’s sad because not everyone got that raise and there is no explanation why. I also went from front line to personal shopper and did not get the raise but another associate came from member assist/lot and got the raise and all new hires start out at 16.00 a hour. I’ve been with the company 8 years and make 15.30…. Not fair but I’m happy you got the raise just wish it was fair across the board
