Do you still receive your annual management bonus (ie 11% for 2nd line mgmt) if you voluntarily leave in the middle of the year and HAVE hit MR75? Or do you have to be on payroll at the end of the year?

My experience, off the books last day of May 2019, (management employee) was, I received a bonus check equivalent to one-quarter of what would have been the bonus for the whole year, in March 2020. Of course, many things have changed since then, but I would think that may remain.
I just read the policy a few hours ago (Management Compensation Plan). Yes, you get the Success Bonus if you are MR75 and eligible for retiree health benefits, or if you are surplused. You do not get it if you resign and are not MR75. I assume that it is prorated (as previous poster stated), but I did not see that in the document.
You’ll get it prorated based on when you leave.
Check with HR to make sure it did not change. I left in 2020 and received a pro-rated payout Mar 2021
