Everyday I see 1-4 “I’ve resigned” posts on LinkedIn...and I have a relatively small network.
Ive noticed this trend increasing over the last 4 months. I don’t ever recall seeing posts like this in the past but maybe I wasn’t looking???Anyone have a sense of the %? Surely Exxon should be concerned ? PFT.
People leaving companies in record numbers, not just EM.

HR has a Talent Analytics group and they’ve been monitoring stats including attrition for years
