No you don’t get when you leave. The old personal hours are as good as gone. Even in the states mentioned above. But the old sick ask a manger to put the time in for you. You ask to get it paid and you have to do it before you leave.
The Legacy Personal Hours don't get paid out either when leaving the company unless you live in the state of IL, ND, or CA.
