I think NewCo (KynDryl) will quickly dis-associate itself from IBM because they know IBM is c r a p.
My prediction is that the CEO will not last more than year.
Of course they are... By definition IBM / RemainCo / Cloud IBM ... is out to cannibalize the NewCo customer base...
As customers migrate from NewCo to RemainCo cloud offerings... NewCo customer base declines.
