Thread regarding Bank of America layoffs

Has the attrition rate ever been higher?

It seems to me that more people have applied for new jobs and left here than ever. What is very interesting to me is that people who have been here for a very short time are also leaving. Once upon a time this was a place where a career was built, and unfortunately, today it is a place to escape from.

I left last year and have had multiple people hit me up on LinkedIn the past few weeks. The exodus is about to start!

I just left and EVERYONE from my group reached out saying they are unhappy, looking and asking me for contacts. So sad.

What is the actual attrition rate? People come and go all the time, consultants, contractors, people retire, relocate, drop dead...etc.
Be more specific to get the conversation going.
