Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

INDIVIDUALS don’t win Teams do!

I consider myself as a Leader at Sam’s. I go above an beyond my expectations everyday. As a leader you set plans an goals. I’m proud of what accomplishment I made at Sam’s. We were so far down in upgrades an credits. By the way I’m a Membership Lead so I go out an sell memberships.

Keep a long story short I’m good at what I do. I stayed in the club so I can help with new hires an help with our current associates to see how they’re selling upgrades an credits. With staying in the club just 3 weeks teaching an training out percentage with up to 15 credits per day First plus an upgrades are up month to date. We need to teach& train on Daily basics.

I can pat myself on the back if nobody else doesn’t!!!😃

Please feel free to come to our club and replace our Membership Lead. Because ours does not do that aspect of their job at all. No training associates, no assistance in club with plus and credit during the duration of covid. Just wandered around looking busy, acting busy whenever help was requested etc. Been assigned training associates on plus and credit with a deadline that wasn't even close to being met. Just nada. And the outside sales aren't much of anything either. But they have been allowed to act as such for so long, I wish management luck in turning that all around. I hope for our clubs sake they can but I don't see it.

If you set the bar too high you will be expected to exceed that by 10 percent or else. Else meaning "You're Fired"

get your leadership experience and get out.....if you stay too long you will burn out... few if any at your club care what you do...grow learn leave... take your knowledge somewhere you will be appreciated.....
