Well said, unbelievable some people, they moan when they bring someone in from the outside to run things with no knowledge, then finally someone is trying to do it from in house with shopfloor knowledge and people moan again.

He's the young lad working with a,o,n apparently training to take over oilfield department, not sure about his knowledge in oilfield but to run an area surely he needs training up in different departments before he gets a new title.
