First of all, I am sorry if your TL suck but not all are the same. So let's not lump them all together. Just like not all associates are the same. That being said, don't count on any raise. The 2% was in Feb. There won't be another. Especially anything significant
My teamlead does not deserve a raise he came into the company making more than the 18.00 , walks around with another associate, does not help us and then complains when we are not done zoning at 8. worthless and not worth the 20+ he is given an hour.
Got mine in February, 2%, don't expect another.
Got a raise last year
Are team leaders getting a raise??? Currently front end is $18/hr and fresh is $21+/hr
well here it is... if you get a raise they will be paying you more than you are worth...
