Money, promotion, career progression, feeling valued and appreciated, challenge - what motivates you to keep working here?
It seems to me that there are fewer and fewer things that could motivate people to come and stay at Nike. This company has less and less to offer. How can you not be disappointed when you know that everything used to be so much different?

I left and took my tribal knowledge with me because I was disrespected. This company is so pathetic all these “poor white men.” What a joke!
When long term Institutional Knowledge was either let go or quit you have a big problem. It will force Nike to repeat its same mistakes and is now competing against talented employees that have gone elsewhere. Inventory will become costly as you have lost your retail partners too! For those of you who were treated with such disrespect go Rock the Industry!
