We have an associate at our club who doesn't do his job properly, ever. When I asked my team lead why this person was allowed to get away with this he pointed to his arm and said," because of this". My team lead is white and the associate is black. Is this considered favoritism?

How ridiculous!. There is in deed favoritism in the Sam's/Walmart world. It's definitely time to stand up for your rights, although you won't be allowed to. I am not racist but the team leads and their buddy Hispanics in my club ARE. If you aren't, you get treated like s*** and get the jobs to go with it. They are no better than anyone here but with some of them at the helm, you will go nowhere.
I feel like you're either an id--t with the way this was written, or you're trying to start something, whether it is based on any amount of truth or not. Any person with half a brain wouldn't need to question a situation such as this nor would they be asking if it is a form of "favoritism". Therefore I can only conclude you are both an id--t, and trying to start something. For what reason is what I don't know, but you are definitely the problem.
You've posted this before. What are you trying to achieve?
Really? You did not just post something referencing favoritism because of someone's skin color. Ridiculous.
i am not sure which side of this you are falling on but be sure of this if you fall on the wrong side you will be canceled.... leave it alone
