Is that possible I thought you could not manage in your home club , there so much favoritism in my club

Walmart Inc quite a while back doing what was knowing as the manager shuffle.
One of the reasons for stopping it was that Walmart Inc had to pay for the new managers to move. Eliminate that cost and create a new program to harvest new associates for MIT and the old bottom line grows and swells.
It is now cheaper and prudent to keep most managers local.
I've seen lots of MIT graduates go on to work in their home club. This is nothing new or exceptional.
