Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

Age discrimination is as rampant as ever

Older employees are being pushed to either quit or retire early. Shameful but true.

It is actually more racial discrimination, just so happens there are many older engineers in the non-subcontinental races.

They want will do everything to keep the young slave workers.

Young people don’t buy it no matter how they try and keep you, the more they want to keep you the more obvious they know they are screwed and you need to get off the Titanic.

Of course they want the old out, save the ship for the young slave labors and overcompensated executives and senior managers. Classic play of a dying business and sinking ship, played out at IBM, Motorola, Kodak and many others.

I totally believe it. I also bet it’s a lot of last ditch efforts, before Pat can react. Think of the people doing it as little po-p nuggets, left over from BK, swirling ‘round the bowl.
