Here we go again with HR (@hywf+1bsGfZlh) trying to blame the rest of the S&P 500 for Fiserv's failures.

I think Fiserv's a great company to work for. I do agree the pay could be better but couldn't it be better at 95% of Fortune 500 companies? I've always felt management cared about my career and my advancement.

Here is wild a-s idea: how about people get promoted for their KSAs?

The name calling show why Fiserv is imploding and the rifts that exist. I doubt the JSOC could find their own shoe, let alone a real security threat... The whole team is a little green, and have no true monitors in place. An APT would have a field day inside the network.

Yeah, sure, push a few tokens up into place before including them in the next round of layoffs when nobody is looking.

It's a Fiserv classic, just like the last 500 diversity initiatives they had.

Besides, FISV is equal! The only non-white employees that don't get laid off with equal ferocity as the white boys do... all live in Pune.

Lots of entitled OFS losers here! If you are against diversity and inclusion, you are racist and JSOC will find you!

I find it interesting when the Fiserv trolls come out, and try to do damage control on the company image. The fact is, Fiserv is not focused on employee well being. They are just looking to advertise the latest trends to try an gain favor; however, everyone knows the data centers are held together with duct tape and bailing wire now. Since the new group took over. That is why our clients are so pi---d with us, outage again.

Let just make employee's work more hours, not give them a cost of living increase of 1-2%... Oh wait, inflation this year is 5%. Everyone at Fiserv, if they get a cost of living increase... You will just make less this year (i.e. less buying power).

"poring" in? It looks like maybe Fiserv has outsourced their propaganda to Global Services, as well.

Seems we have another barely “meets” employee posting. Read your entry you junior varsity, worthless tool before you hit done. Typical of the FISCUM talent pool, average at best.

Very funny. For these disgruntled ex-Fiserv haters, we could win a Pulitzer Prize and there would be criticism. So many of you suffering from Fiserv derangement syndrome. Get a life, cause Fiserv isn’t going anywhere! Go bog orange!1

I've seen so many undeserving promotions of underrepresented employee's that its a joke. A co-worker and I have made a game of watching open management positions and guessing what ethnicity/gender will be awarded this month. It's all about making those diversity numbers. If the company really cared about diversity they would not be forcing people back into the office. Its been well documented that Working From Office benefits Men more than Women and whites over others.

Fiserv is literally going down in flames as the stock rapidly fluctuates between "failed company" and "impending doom". Do NOT work at FiSlur.

As a so-called "underrepresented employee" as HR has put it on this forum before, I prefer to feel I've actually earned my management position as opposed to being made to feel like I've been given a hand-out. Also, tone it down a notch on the paid-for Forbes awards please.
