Apparently you were not in the meeting. She was quite emphatic.

In a meeting the other day RM said if there are any more resignations the supervisor of the person who quits will be fired!
If any current Chevron HR people are wondering how life after Chevron could be, take a look at all of your colleagues who left Chevron in recent years and who have progressed to become managers and directors of HR at other companies while you are still a "senior human resources business partner" or "advisor" and will continue to be since the only manager positions at Chevron are reserved for precious few people.
You could lose the entire HR group and it wouldn't affect Chevron in the least. Well, the D&I numbers would need 'fixing'.
I used to dislike her, but then I took a staycation and everything was ok.
She has to be unhappy because this is a complete embarrassment. Chevron likes to have control over your life, she has none right now.
“RM is not happy about this one” Why this one? Is she in a certain demographic? Is RM more unhappy now than she was that time most everyone in US HR got a mysterious payment in their check?
There are no words than can describe how little I care about RM’s level of happiness with things that happen at work.
Don’t hate the player. Hate the game. More power to them. If they can convince RM’s stoopid a$$ to upgrade them to a 24, I’d say they are a genius.,

Who is this person who seems to “know” all of this information? RM and the gang should be worried that they either have a mole in their midst or that HR people are so demoralized they would rather post and read wild rumors and speculation on this site, the site that none of them claim to read.
This person is a psg 22 and asking for a 24. Lets see what Chevron does. If they grant this, every 22-24 will ask for a double tomorrow.
