TPS is such a terrible embarrassment compared to the old ETC. Technical excellence has been replaced by a train wreck of confusion and incompetence.

I never forget the irony of working for an org named TPS.
The townhall showed how badly out of touch management is with the employees. They refuse to acknowledge how bad morale is and people looking to leave. Its not the pandemic thats caused this mess.
Beatings will continue until morale improves. :-) I’m super motivated now....to do the bare minimum until I rack up some more points and can cash out during the next love fest in a few years. Just have fun with it. Before he opens his mouth, I always imagine that his first words are “Look here you fùcking bïtches...”. It makes everything more entertaining. Just repeat all the magic words, smile, do your job, and everything will be fine.
