20 for 20 didn't happen because legacy CVE didn't deliver. You needed to buy Husky to get your hands on competent employees and as such we now have 1.2 in 22.

The lack of legal agreement with employees like RSU grants are done, should have been a red flag. Kind of like the 1.2/22 thing.
