Maybe leadership will track down all of the disgruntled OFS posters and let them go. The company performance would increase without all that cruft.

Maybe the company will track down all those OFD posters and dismiss them for posting on a negative message board and wasting valuable company time doing so when they could be working to improve First Data.
With 5% inflation, you would need a 5% increase just to keep making what you were last year. If you don't understand that. I guess, you should stay and stick your head in the sand and enjoy your paycheck.

Now that CAO has been named COO you can kiss future increases goodbye. The conversion from OFS to OFD is nearly complete.
Seems no merit increase came across for you, 2nd year now. You can get your wife’s teeth fixed next year. Please though...keep working 50+ hours a week + nights and weekends. Wear that orange proud too !
