401K Matching

I guess i should be glad that at least the 401K match is coming back but, why are we waiting until October to bring back the 401 matching?

Cost of living. If you got less then a 5% cost of living adjustment last year, you got a pay cut. The rich made billions this pandemic. Suckers, keep voting R, it'll trickle down any day now haha.

Once again we see the same pattern. The 401k match will really only help upper management who have been getting raises and bonuses and have extra money to save. If you haven't had an increase in several years you cant afford to benefit from the 401k. Why don't they offer a discount program to buy luxury cars that only VP's and above can afford. Oh wait they already get company cars to drive anyway, mybad

Cute, now do wages next. Have they kept up with inflation? Exercise for all NOV employees: check the consumer price index, the social security COLA adjustment, and the US inflation rate.

Even with the 401k match back, do you make more or less for your loyalty to NOV than you did a few years ago? Can you afford more or less than you could five years ago? Ten years ago?

And where will you be if you stay 5 or 10 more?
