Don't know why po----y shows below. I didn't know that p-o-v-e-r-t-y was a bad word which would be altered by this site's algorithms.

@1iyg+1bvZ2onD I am not trying to be rude but I really must not let your disgusting tirade go unanswered.

I have done much international travel throughout Europe, South America and Asia. I have visited India and I can honestly say that it is the most backwards place I have been.

All you want is “respect”? Well you really are going about it the wrong way.

You are “more smarter than the smartest Americans.” Really? Then why is the average American in poverty better off than the Indian middle class?

“All coming from remote parts of America.” From what I saw, the most remote parts of America are still more sophisticated than Indian cities. For example, we don’t have cows holding up traffic in the middle of the city (like I saw during my trip there).

“Bring some ethics in this crooked company”. Sorry to have to educate you but America often ranks highly in surveys of business ethics and transparency, while India is towards the bottom along with places like Russia.

If you want respect, you need to show respect.

We have a saying in the U.S – “people in glass houses shouldn’t throw stones.”

@1iyg+1bvZ2onD Wait until you and some of your colleagues are placed on a PIP. As more new hires coming , we all all replaceable. XOM cares little about your or anyone’s concerns.

@tjw+1bvZ2onD

We would rather have zero growth but a sane work life. We are lied to everyday by the pathetic cr---y expats sent here on vacation. Expats in India office have zero technical ability, probably negative people skills. All coming from remote parts of America with no knowledge of Indian culture and work ethic. They know they are overpaid, their insecurity is clear on their own faces.

The Indian employee salary is below average, and we still have to tolerate the BS on trainings and ‘mandatory’ things like anti trust anti corruption hand rail holding. How STUPID is this company? No trainings for campus hores yet you loe to our faces on the great trainings EM provides. No we were not told how stupid it is and we expected much better from an American MNC.

Most of the world is run out of India and Indian employees. ALL companies have their offices in India. Yes we are cheap and much more smarter than the smartest Americans. All of us have experienced better. Little did we know Exxon is full of low grade employees waiting to retire. We joined because of the ‘brand’, our fault and we have realised it.

It makes us happy your retirement benefits are gone, because we arnt given even basic benefits, just treat us with respect. You get what you pay for. Indian employees can do much more work and bring some ethics in this crooked company but not at the cost of being treated poorly and unfairly. We see through your BS, your lame attempts of humour and fake leadership claims.

We keep our head down and plan our exit by doing bare minimum. Which by USA standards is still a lot of work.

We fix your broken systems and databases and million other things, basically everything we touch is inefficient. Not wanting any credit for it, atleast treat us with respect at least.

The BTC LT needs to leave the country and so do all expats. You are not bringing any culture, you yourself go through trainings for culture, how lame is that? Are these things supposed to be taught? Are you that slow? What kind of ‘leaders’ are you?

Nationalise the workforce, plenty of great managers available for even cheaper salaries than these fake lying expats. Pay us well and see the difference.

So not many from BTC or GBCs on this site? Hardly see them chime in and even those that are vocal. Looks like BTC folks don't have much courage to speak.

Clearly don’t get it. These forums have questions pre written, pre filtered, pre fixed and pre answered by staff in communications, HR and legal. Most companies do this. It’s a show.

Good test to see who the koolaid drinkers are. If you ask a question or go to forum you’re a drinker.

Management doesn’t care if you ask a question. Let them ask each other softball questions.

Prisoner's dilemma ExxonMobil Edition. It would not work, anyone that ask a question will get recognised for it! And too many brown nosers!
