Our best Cake Decorator is a 78 year lady who was hired as a Maintenance Associate and still works in her primary position.

Unless they're the only people that actually know how to do the job. Shouldn't be a problem. Reward the best. The rest need to work harder and earn choice days off. Nobody remembers who comes in second. Second place = First loser.
